Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Add pineapple, cranberries, pecans, and green onions. Stir to combine.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from wrap and place on a serving platter.
  6. Top with pepper jelly before serving.
