Description
A festive cheese log made with pineapple and cranberry, topped with pepper jelly.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Add pineapple, cranberries, pecans, and green onions. Stir to combine.
- Shape the mixture into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from wrap and place on a serving platter.
- Top with pepper jelly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or bread.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust pepper jelly amount to taste.
