  • Pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a separate bowl until thick.
  5. Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
  6. Add flour, vanilla, and chopped pistachios.
  7. Divide batter among ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  10. Garnish with whole pistachios.
