Description

Delicious chocolate truffles made with pistachio ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Blend pistachios into a fine powder.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  3. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and butter.
  4. Stir until smooth and combined.
  5. Add pistachio powder and mix well.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
  8. Store in a cool place until ready to serve.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding powdered sugar if desired.
