Description
Delicious chocolate truffles made with pistachio ganache.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend pistachios into a fine powder.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and butter.
- Stir until smooth and combined.
- Add pistachio powder and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in a cool place until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use good quality chocolate for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding powdered sugar if desired.
- Truffles can be refrigerated for up to a week.
