- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the grill to melt the cheese.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns and adding extra pizza sauce if desired.

- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings.
- These can be baked in the oven instead of grilled.
