- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and egg, and stir until combined.
- Fold in mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pepperoni.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Fill each liner with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
