Description

A delicious blend of pizza and grilled cheese in one tasty sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet.
  3. Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese.
  5. Add pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  6. Top with the second slice of cheese.
  7. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  8. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  9. Remove from skillet and cut in half.

  • Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
