Description
A delicious blend of pizza and grilled cheese in one tasty sandwich.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet.
- Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
- Spread pizza sauce over the cheese.
- Add pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Top with the second slice of cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half.

- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
