Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the toasted pecans.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
