  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into desired shapes.
  3. Place the pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While the pastry cools, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Once the pastry is cool, split them in half.
  6. Fill the bottom half with whipped cream and top with mixed berries.
  7. Replace the top half and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
