A delightful cake made with puff pastry, filled with sweet cream and fresh berries.

- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into desired shapes.
- Place the pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the pastry cools, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Once the pastry is cool, split them in half.
- Fill the bottom half with whipped cream and top with mixed berries.
- Replace the top half and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of almond extract to the cream.
