Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place on parchment paper and let cool until set.
