Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 oz chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and chill until set.
