  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Pour half of the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the pumpkin layer.
  7. Top with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  8. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese into the pumpkin mixture.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
