- 1 pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
- Pour half of the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over the pumpkin layer.
- Top with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese into the pumpkin mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
