Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Divide the mixture into six bowls.
- Add food coloring to each bowl to create different layers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Layer the colored chia pudding in serving glasses.
- Top with fresh fruits before serving.

- Stir the pudding every 30 minutes for the first two hours to avoid clumping.
