- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package pastry dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a raspberry in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
