Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add egg white and almond extract. Stir until combined.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
