Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raw pistachios
- 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and add dates to a food processor.
- Add pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries, shredded coconut, and coconut oil.
- Process until mixture is sticky and well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
