- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Take half of the dough and swirl in raspberry jam.
- Shape both doughs into logs and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the logs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
