Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and food coloring. Stir until combined.
  4. Spread half the brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  7. Add the remaining brownie batter on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
