Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and food coloring. Stir until combined.
- Spread half the brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Adjust food coloring for desired color.
- Pair with vanilla ice cream for serving.
