- 1 cup red velvet cake crumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine red velvet cake crumbs and cream cheese.
- Mix until well combined and form small balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought red velvet cake for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cream cheese.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
