A delicious dessert featuring layers of ricotta cheese and chocolate in a square form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Layer phyllo dough in a greased baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the phyllo.
- Top with more layers of phyllo, brushing with butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, dust with cocoa powder, and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with fresh fruit.
