Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine butternut squash, cranberries, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the squash is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese.
