Ingredients

  • 2 roasted jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast jalapeños in the oven for 15-20 minutes until charred.
  3. Remove seeds and chop the roasted jalapeños.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped jalapeños to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
