- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 roasted jalapeños, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast jalapeños in the oven for 15-20 minutes until charred.
- Remove seeds and chop the roasted jalapeños.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped jalapeños to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
