A simple and flavorful rosemary focaccia bread recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it to fit the sheet.
- Dimple the surface with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, add more rosemary.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
