  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it to fit the sheet.
  7. Dimple the surface with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
