- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage and cream cheese until well mixed.
- Add drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Stir in the biscuit mix until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
