- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
