Delicious crab-stuffed mushrooms inspired by Ruth’s Chris recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
