Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh sage leaves
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Toast walnuts in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- Combine sage leaves, toasted walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
- Add salt to taste and blend again.
