Description
A rich and creamy salted caramel fudge that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with additional sea salt if desired.
