Ingredients

- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 cup of cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in caramel sauce and sea salt until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
- Dust the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
