Description
A quick and easy stir fry with sausage and cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add cabbage, stir well, and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
