Description
Sheet pan chicken pitas are a quick and easy meal. They combine seasoned chicken with colorful vegetables, all roasted on one pan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Warm the pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Stuff the chicken and vegetables into the pita breads.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
