Description

A simple and delicious sheet-pan meal featuring chicken and broccoli in a teriyaki ginger sesame sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place chicken on a sheet pan and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
