- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan and pour the sauce over it.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Chicken can be substituted with tofu for a vegetarian option.
