Instructions

  1. Season the beef with black pepper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the beef on all sides.
  3. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
  4. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks.
  7. Serve the shredded beef on sandwich rolls.
