Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, crumbled bacon, pomegranate seeds, and sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
