A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring shrimp and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices in the skillet, butter side down.
- Layer chopped shrimp and cheese on the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the other two slices of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- Use any bread of your choice.
- Adjust cheese type based on preference.
