Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices in the skillet, butter side down.
  4. Layer chopped shrimp and cheese on the bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with the other two slices of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip carefully and cook the other side until cheese melts.
  8. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
