A delicious meatball made with bourbon BBQ sauce and cheese, served as a burger.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onions, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top each meatball with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve on a bun with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your taste.
- You can use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
