Description

Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon calamansi juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped chicken and stir well.
- Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi juice, and mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer to a sizzling plate and top with sliced green chilies.
- Serve immediately.
