Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and frozen tater tots.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
