Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the slow cooker.
  3. Add black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, onions, and bell peppers.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheese on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
