Description

A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe with garlic butter chicken and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Pour garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving and mix with veggies.
