Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
- Add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving and mix with veggies.
