- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 jar (16 ounces) pepperoncini peppers
- 8 hoagie rolls
- Provolone cheese, optional
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
- Add the beef broth and pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve on hoagie rolls with some of the cooking juices.
- Add provolone cheese if desired.

- Serve with extra pepperoncini on the side.
