Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken, diced
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream after cooking time.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with pie crusts, sealing edges.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
