Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 taco-sized tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
- Form the ground beef into small balls and place them in the skillet.
- Smash each ball down with a spatula to form a patty.
- Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
