Delicious quesadillas filled with seasoned beef and cheese inspired by smashburgers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until beef is cooked through.
  4. Remove beef from heat and set aside.
  5. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheese.
  6. Add a layer of cooked beef and tomatoes on the cheese.
  7. Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla.
  8. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  9. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  10. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
