  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a cast-iron skillet.
  4. Place the skillet in the smoker and close the lid.
  5. Smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Stir the dip and serve warm with tortilla chips.

  • Use more or less spice based on your taste.
  • Serve with fresh veggies for a healthier option.
  • You can make this dip in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes if you don’t have a smoker.
