- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, shredded cheese, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Add water gradually until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into squares and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
