  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until combined.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add 3 cups of shredded cheese to the sauce and stir until melted.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
  8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
