- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced bananas with half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the banana mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
