Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble with the vegetables.
