Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Southwest dressing

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Evenly distribute the mixed greens on each tortilla.
  5. Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese on top of the greens.
  6. Place the sliced chicken on each wrap.
  7. Drizzle Southwest dressing over the fillings.
  8. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  9. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
