Ingredients

- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn, drained
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Southwest dressing
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly distribute the mixed greens on each tortilla.
- Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese on top of the greens.
- Place the sliced chicken on each wrap.
- Drizzle Southwest dressing over the fillings.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
