A tasty Southwest Chicken Wrap packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the mixture.
  3. Add avocado slices and cilantro on top.
  4. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice in half and serve.
